What to Bring
To make the most of your appointment, please arrive a few minutes early and bring the following items with you:
- Your health and/or dental insurance information
- A list of current and past medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.)
- A list of current medications
- Referral forms and/or any x-rays, if applicable
- A valid driver’s license or photo ID
- A form of payment
Parents of Minors
Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for their consultation.
What to Expect
Your first visit with our board-certified surgeons is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and outline a treatment plan tailored to your specific condition and goals for improved oral health. During this visit, we will:
- Review your medical history
- Conduct a comprehensive oral examination
- Utilize advanced 3D imaging
- Discuss your anesthesia options
This is also a great time to ask any questions you may have about the procedure or your treatment plan.
